General Questions

Do you deliver every photo you shoot?: No, you get a curated selection of your photos that is based on the package you choose.

Do you provide videography services?: Yes we do! Check out the package options here!
Do you do destination weddings?: Yes we do! Package prices vary based on how far out of Central Florida the destination is! Please contact to discuss details and pricing! My email is always open and I generally respond within 24-48 hrs. Karina@ko-photos.com or click here to fill out a form!
Which photographer will be shooting my wedding?: Depending on the size and locations, It may just be me if not one or more of my team members will be there to assist me or take over. Check out more about us.
Have you shot at my venue or location before?: Please reach out and I can give you more information about the location you are looking at and if I have a relationship with them!
Do you provide partial day coverage?: Check out the package options here! If you don't see what you are looking for, feel free to reach out and I am happy to answer all your questions.
Do you shoot Quinceaneras, Debutants, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, or Corporate Events?: Yes we do, we shoot all kinds of events. Check out our packages and feel free to contact me to discuss details and pricing.
Does your business do Headshots, Individual Portraits, Family Portraits, Maternity Shoots, or Product Photography?: Yes we do, check out the portfolio! Feel free to reach out to us at the bottom of the page and we can discuss what your looking for!
What if our ceremony is in a different language?: Currently we can do full English and Spanish weddings. If an interpreter is available we can cover other languages. Just so we can make sure that communication isn't an issue with the photos! We always want to work with you!
My venue is very dark. How does you handle these situations and can I see samples?: We have flash and we have limited lighting available. Please contact me for more details regarding this. Pictures of the location and examples of your concern would be helpful!
Do you touch up all the images on our image download?: All photos are editing and touched up before delivery. If there are specific requests these can always be discussed. RAW Photos are only available for an additional fee and release form.
How many hours do you suggest we set aside for wedding day photos?: About an hour for bridesmaid and bride group photos. Same for groomsman and groom. All family photos are taken after the ceremony at the location. About an hour during the cocktail before the reception starts for Bride and Groom photos. Let us know your schedule and we can better discuss this!
I have downtime between events on my wedding day. Will I be charged for that downtime?: Photographers are booked by for the event. So the downtime is part of it. If you book a 8 hour wedding. The expectation is everything you need will take place within those 8 hours. If there is an hour in the middle of downtime then that is part of it. Essentially if you book 12pm - 8pm you don't get an extra hour at the end just because 4-5pm there was nothing going on.
What happens if we go over the contracted amount of time?: There is a charge per hour for every hour you go over. We require as much notice as possible before hand to accommodate and plan. We understand delays happen and we will do our best to work with you!
When can we expect to see our photos from our engagement session?: All general photo shoots have a two week turnaround. There is an express charge if you need them sooner.
When should we do our engagement session?: As soon as you are ready and able. Just contact me and we can schedule. We require a few days to plan ahead at the minimum.
Can we schedule our engagement session for the weekend?: You can schedule for any day as long as their isn’t a conflict with location or mutual schedules.
How many images do you typically deliver from and engagement session? From a wedding?: It varies based on the package, length and size of the shoots.
I’d like you to Photoshop our name and date into the save-the-dates, is that included in the package pricing?: Check out our packages we have a separate graphics package if it isnt included in yours!
When and where can we view our engagement pictures?: A gallery link will be provided to you on date of delivery!
What rights do I have to the digital prints?: Included in your contract is a rights release.
Do you provide the RAW files from my engagement session and wedding day?: No we do not provide raw riles. If you need them a separate lisence agreement is needed.
What if I lose my images?: We guarantee holding back ups for up to three months. Always contact us because we usually save images for as long as we can.
Do you guys provide framing services as well? Or Album services?: These are in the works, feel free to contact us to discuss how we may help!
What type of camera/equipment do you use?: If you require a full list please reach out. We use Canon, and Nikon DSLRs for photo and video. We have flashes and lighting options.
Do you backup our images?: Yes we back up images and guarantee them for up to 3 months after delivery date. We normally hold on to photos longer for our galleries. So always reach out if you want to know!
We live out-of-town. Is it possible for our family/friends to meet with you instead?: Of course! We are here to help your special day get captured! They are more than welcome to meet up, call or zoom with me.
We’re very busy and won’t be able to meet. What are our other options?: We are happy to do zoom or phone call meetings. We do record all calls for quality assurance.
Do you travel to meet clients?: Within Central Florida yes. If not a travel fee will be accessed.
How do I set up an appointment to meet you in person and see some of your work?: We would love to meet in person! Feel free to contact us and set an appointment.
How do I reserve you for my date?: Simply Save the Date!
What if we exceed our contracted time for our engagement shoot and/or wedding day coverage?: We have surcharges for additional time needed. Please contact us if you think this may happen! We always want to work with you!
What if we exceed our contracted shoot list for our engagement shoot and/or wedding day coverage?: We have a surcharge for additional items as needed. Please contact us if you think this may happen! We always want to work with you!
If we cancel the wedding will we receive our deposit back?: We have a cancelation policy that is included in the contract. Please contact for further details.
If we change our wedding to a different date will we be able to use our deposit towards a future date?: This would still fall under our cancellation policy, and there would be a surcharge for changing the date. Please reach out if this is a possibility and we can work with you. The more notice we have the more we can work with you.
Are there travel fees associated with the Engagement Session and/or Wedding Day shoot(s)?: Anything out of the Central Florida area will require a travel fee, and if you exceed location expectations.

What is your pricing look like? Can I customize the package?: All packages can be customized. Please contact me further for specific pricing changes.
What is the turn around time for Photos and Video?: 4-6 Weeks for Wedding Photos, an Express Surcharge is available to get them sooner.
